My Name is Conor Cassidy
I am passionate about musical instruments. I’ve been repairing guitars since 2008. I have worked in several music shops over the years where I gained lots of experience with instruments of all types, both repairing and selling them. I have studied guitar making with Michael O’Leary and built a classical guitar under his instruction in 2015. I started the business in 2016 and became fully self employed in 2017. I also gigged in original and covers bands. I played the pub circuit in a duo and solo for many years too. I treat every guitar on the bench like its my own and I love to work with everyone from busy session musicians to beginners. I serve customers in Dublin, Kildare, Carlow and Kilkenny with my weekly collections from several music shops that I partner with (See the Locations page). I also have many customers in Waterford, Wexford and Tipperary who come directly to my workshop. My workshop is at my home near Callan in Co.Kilkenny where I live with my family.
I am also a Fire Fighter with Kilkenny Fire Service at my local station in Callan. I’m on call 24/7 so its essential you call ahead before visiting the workshop so I can come off call!
